Chefs Rasul Welch, Anne Massie, and Nicholas Copley of Altered Eats present farm-to-table fine dining in the upper lobby of the Renaissance Theatre prior to the February 18th "When Swing Was King" pops concert of the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra. The five course feast will highlight local ingredients and Latin flavors.
Charcuterie and crudités:
Assorted meats and veggies
Chickpea "cornbread", sputtered sesame, coconut
Mole, avocado, farm cheese
Hen and morel:
Springbud Acres chicken, coconut, morel, blue corn
Dolce de Leche:
Pear, lemon, popcorn chocolate brittle
Brandy, damiana, chocolate, vanilla cordial
All tickets purchased online and via phone are available for pick up at the Renaissance Box Office will call window prior to the event or during normal business hours.
