Chelsie joined the Renaissance team in 2010 as the Symphony Operations and Education Manager, overseeing the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra and coordinating Ren Education programs, which serve over 15,000 local residents each year. In 2012, she took on additional responsibilities as the Renaissance Director of Operations to work more closely with the Box Office, Maintenance, and Technical Departments. Previously, Chelsie has worked in positions with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts, and COSI Columbus Science Center, among others. She holds her Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from the Conservatory of Music at Capital University, as well as a Master of the Arts in Arts Administration from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and a Master of Business Administration from the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
Chelsie serves on the Board of Directors for Richland Newhope Industries, the Mid Ohio Drug Prevention Coalition, and the Children's Theatre Foundation, in addition to serving on Capital University's Alumni Advisory Board. She volunteers at Catalyst Life Services and The New Store, and is a member of Richland Young Professionals' social development committee and the Richland County Arts Council. In her spare time, Chelsie enjoys drinking craft beers with her husband Chris, being a hooligan at Columbus Crew soccer games, and giving generous belly rubs to Juno, her adorable mutt.
