Rent the Renaissance
The Renaissance is available for facility rentals for wide variety of events including weddings and receptions, meetings, corporate outings, private movie screenings, or for local and national promoters for concerts and local organizations for fundraisers.

MAIN STAGE RENTAL
Includes 1436 seat theatre, stage, basic lighting and sound, and lobby areas.
- Single day Monday - Thursday (8:00 a.m. to 12:01 a.m.) — $1500
- Single day Friday - Sunday (8:00 a.m. to 12:01 a.m.) — $2000
NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION RENTAL
- Single day Monday - Thursday (8:00 a.m. to 12:01 a.m.) — $1000
- Single day Friday - Sunday (8:00 a.m. to 12:01 a.m.) — $1500
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Production Manager — $30/hour (4 hour minimum)
- Maintenance - $200 flat fee for space prep and clean up
- House Manager — $100 per performance
- Light Board Operator — $250
- Sound Operator — $250
- Riggers— $200
- Stage Crew/Stage Hands — $12.50/hour (4 hour minimum)
- Security — $150 per officer on duty
TICKETING FEES
- Restoration Fee — $1.00 per sold seat paid by lessee
- Credit Card Fees — 3.5 % pass through to lessee
- Purchaser Fees — direct to ticket buyer
- Printing of Entire House - $750 (should you want to use our box office services)
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
- RPA Standard Light Hang — included
- Custom Lighting Hang/Gel — as estimated
- RPA Standard House Sound — $400
- Piano — $200
- Organ — $200 (not including organist)
- Video Projector/Screen — as estimated
- Spotlight and Operator — $150/per spot
- Power Surcharge - $250 (This charge relates only to events that require extraordinary power usage.)
MERCHANDISE
- Percentage to Renaissance — 20% when lessee/artist sells / 25% when venue sells
BALLROOM SPACE
The ballroom is located on the second floor of the theatre complex, and can be accessed through the Holiday Inn skywalk. The space is attached to a catering kitchen, restrooms, and a lobby. Ballroom seats up to 80 for a seated dinner, 150 classroom style, or 75 boardroom style. It can also be divided into two smaller distinct spaces. A full sound system is available as well as a podium, meeting boards, a projector, and coffee/water service. Meals are catered by the Holiday Inn.
